The stores carry some of the most recognised brands and equipment in the equine industry including, Cinch, Ariat, Wrangler, Resistol, Ezyride, Wintec, Bombers and Breyer just to name a few, as well as our own custom made saddlery.

Available Positions:

Full-Times Sales Tamworth Store

The Role:

As a Sales personnel, you will be responsible for providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be required to go above and beyond for our customers building trusting and long term relationships. You will be responsible maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable shop front for creating visual merchandising and managing stock levels.  

Availability would be required from Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.

 

Skills & Experience:

• Have good communication skills
• Enthusiastic about the equine industry with a resilient drive to succeed.
• Understanding the large variety of equipment used everyday and in competition both in English and Western disciplines. 
• Strong worth ethic and a positive can do attitude.
• Polished presentation with superior customer service abilities
• Excellent people skills and capability for relationship building
• Proficient in using Microsoft products and aptitude for problem-solving

Senior Sales/Supervisor Dubbo Store 

The Role:
As a Store Supervisor, you will be overseeing and driving daily store operations to deliver a seamless shopping experience, while ensuring the high standards of customer service Marsh Carney Saddlery is known for are consistently upheld and exceeded. 
You will be leading, motivating, and cultivating a small team of sales professionals towards achieving a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be effectively managing stock control and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising aesthetics, while working very closely alongside the Group Manager to implement strategies for store growth and improvement.

Availability would be required from Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.
